To board the airplane for Cancun, Mexico (CUN), a valid passport with an expiration date within 6 months of your stay is required.
Reap Financial is not permitted to issue any airline tickets without receiving a copy of your passport due to new security guidelines mandated by the TSA. Therefore, a delay in providing this information will delay the ticketing process, and you and your guest may not be able to attend.
Don't forget to have your documents ready for departure day!
Due to security measures, you will need to allow time to be at the airport two (3) hours before your flight departure time for international flights.
If you miss your flight, we will use our best efforts to book you on a flight.
*If you are not departing from Austin, TX (ABIA) we will help coordinate your flights.
Transportation to and from the hotel to the airport
On Thursday, May 9th, ground transportation will be provided from Cancun International Airport (CUN) at noon. Upon arrival, please proceed to baggage claim to meet your transportation representative, who will direct you to the appropriate baggage carousel and to the shuttle for the Grand Velas Riviera Maya. The Grand Velas is approximately is 75 minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN). If you are not traveling with the group, you will be provided with transportation details from CUN to the hotel.
After our stay on Monday, May 13th, ground transportation to Cancun International Airport (CUN) will be provided at 8:30 am. If you are not traveling with the group on the return flight, you will be provided with transportation from the hotel to CUN.
